Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns for change of mind)

  • Deadline: According to Spanish legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the physical receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification.
  • Hygiene Exceptions (Very Important): For reasons of health and hygiene protection, returns of lingerie, underwear, or swimwear will not be accepted if the wrapping, protective seal, or original packaging has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Product Condition: For other clothing and home textile items (towels), the items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with their original tags intact and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process and Logistics

  • Request: The buyer must process the return request through their user panel on the website or by writing to the support email.
  • Verification period: The seller has a maximum of 72 hours from receiving the return to report if the clothing has arrived used or damaged, before the money is refunded to the customer.
  • Pickup: With RiberaGo having an integrated transport network, the pickup of the package will be scheduled:

    • By means of the own network of RiberaGo if the customer is within the 20 Postal Codes of coverage.
    • Through OnTime for the rest of the Iberian Peninsula.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Option A: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer when it is a withdrawal (it will be deducted from the refund) / Option B: The return is completely free for the buyer and the cost is covered by RiberaGo if it is a return for a change of color or size on a first occasion.

3. Defective Products or Shipping Errors (Legal Warranty)

  • If the customer receives a garment with factory defects, damaged or an incorrect item, the legal warranty regime will apply.
  • In this case, the customer will have the right to the replacement of the item or a full refund (including the original shipping costs) at no cost to them.
  • The logistical cost of this error will be fully charged to the External Seller responsible for the product.

4. Refunds

  • Once the seller receives the item back and verifies that it meets the conditions of state and hygiene, the refund will be authorized.
  • The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the approval of the return.
